Hi, I’m Jeff. I help runners train smart, build safely, and achieve their goals—whether that’s crossing your first marathon finish line or standing on the podium. My approach blends endurance programming, strength and durability training, and mindset development to create a sustainable, long-term system that supports you both on race day and beyond the finish line.

Here's What You Can Expect - Prices starting at $150.00/month
1. Structured Endurance Programming

Your training plan is tailored to your experience, race goals, schedule, and current fitness. Every workout has a

purpose, from aerobic development to long-run execution. I want you to understand not just what you’re doing, but why. We focus on building a strong base before adding strategic elements like VO₂ max intervals, tempo / lactate runs, steady-state endurance runs, and race simulations. Throughout, we’ll also fine-tune your race-day fueling strategy so you’re prepared for every mile.

 

2. Strength & Durability Integration

We go beyond running — integrating strength training, mobility work, and smart recovery protocols to build your body’s armor for the repetitive stress of long-term running. The goal isn’t just to cross the finish line; it’s to finish strong, stay resilient, and keep improving race after race. Strength and durability are what let you chase bigger goals with confidence and consistency.

 

3. Mindset & Resilience

Endurance is as mental as it is physical. With graduate-level training in well-being coaching and experience developing, supervising, and delivering coaching in both university and private settings, I help athletes reframe limiting beliefs, regulate emotions under stress, and make confident decisions under fatigue. Whether that’s managing race-day nerves, pushing through low points mid-run, or rebuilding confidence after a setback. The mental skills we train support strong performances on race day and resilience that carries far beyond it.

4. Adaptable, Real-Life Coaching

Life brings stress, loss, work demands, and unexpected challenges, and your training plan adapts with you. We build systems that are durable, not rigid, so you can chase ambitious goals without sacrificing your well-being. Life doesn’t stop just because a race is on the calendar.
